Steve Ernst

Steve is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Kitchener, Ontario (a 2-year program) where he focused on their Sports Outreach Program attaining a ‘specialist’ certificate. He also performs Hot Stone massage and has extensive experience in personal fitness training. Prior education includes receiving a BA in Physical Education from the University of Western Ontario in London. He’s also fully certified in First Aid and CPR.

His working life includes a long-term devotion to outdoor education and recreation, concentrating on working with the public. His list of current hobbies is exhaustive, but focuses on health and physical fitness primarily through 'playing outside' (skiing …ALL disciplines, cycling, hiking, paddling, camping, tennis and hockey, to name a few).
