Sarah Klassen

Sarah grew up on a farm in small town Alberta and moved to Calgary to attend University in 2003.  She completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology majoring in Athletic Therapy at the University of Calgary and Mount Royal College in 2007.  During her studies, Sarah completed a 1200 hour practicum where she worked as an Athletic Therapist for the U of C wrestling and volleyball teams.  She worked extensively with these and other varsity athletes in injury prevention, assessment, management and rehabilitation.  Most recently, Sarah worked with a girls Midget AAA hockey team.


Since graduating, Sarah has also certified as an exercise physiologist through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.

Physical activity has always been an important part of her life.  She was a competitive gymnast for 11 years and currently enjoys running, snowboarding, wakeboarding and waterskiing.  As an active individual, Sarah has a strong belief that physical activity and exercise are key components not only to the rehabilitation process, but also to the ongoing maintenance of a healthy body and mind.  So what are you waiting for…get moving!
