The Active Back to Health Centre was first envisioned in the mid 1990’s to meet the changing needs of health care. We imagined a centre that housed a variety of health professionals working together with the client, from a natural health perspective in a warm, friendly, supportive environment. We opened our doors in May 2000 and our journey continues to refine and define optimal health care.
We are blessed with a quality team dedicated to evidence based health care that moves beyond symptomatic treatment to optimum health.
Our belief is that good health must address the “wholeness of life” – body, mind, spirit and emotions. Our patients are encouraged to be an active partner in their “journey back to health”.
